ACCOMMODATION
The International School on Biological Crystallization will be held in the Conference Room of the Citymar San Anton Hotel, in Granada city centre. Accommodation in this hotel is possible and suggested (See the 'Accommodation at San Antón Hotel' section). Alternative accommodations within walking distance from the School are summarized in the 'Alternative Accommodation' section. Accommodation at Citymar San Antón Hotel A block allocation of rooms has been made for attendees. A special rate of 78 euros per single room, 96 euros per double room and 114 euros per triple room has been agreed for these block allocation. Both prices include breakfast and taxes. Accommodation during the School will not be handled by the organization. Should you have any questions related to your booking, please contact the hotel. The organization of the school will maintain until April 1, 2009 a list of "people looking for colleagues to share a double room and triple room" including the name and email of all people interested in this accommodation alternative. Please send us an email () to be listed and to receive a weekly update of the list. The organization is only responsible for the maintenance of the list, you must personally choose your roommate and agree with him/her the conditions for room sharing. If you are sharing a room with other person and want to have a separate bill for your part of the expenses, you must clearly state this requirement at check-in time to the recepcionist.
To book a room, you must send a hotel reservation form to the hotel by fax (+34 958 521 945) clearly indicating your ISBC registration code in the corresponding field of the form. This block allocated pool of rooms will be open until April 15, 2009. After this date, getting a room in the hotel is not guaranteed. Room reservations can be cancelled without any charge before April 15, 2009. Please, be aware after this date, the cost of one night will be charged upon cancellation.
