Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your order ID as the payment reference. Your order will shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

REGRISTRATION PROCESS:

The registration process is formatted as an on-line shopping process.

1. Please select a fee type from the menu above. Click on the name of your choice.

2. Then click on the Add to cartbutton. You will be presented with a summary of your choice.
3. Then click on ‘View cart’ and click on ‘Proceed to checkout’. You will be given the option to enter or change your billing information if needed. After your first registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Select the method of payment, Bank Transfer or Credit Card and proceed with payment.
5. Click on the Place Order’.
Your registration will be confirmed once we have received your payment.
To access the grant application form use the username and password you entered during the registration process to log into the website.
     

Notice that we will not reimburse the registration fees for cancellations after the 1st September 2026.

During the School we will include three poster sessions (see programme for more details). Bring your poster to show your results on crystallization or a case study you wish to share with experts and colleagues. This is an excellent way for getting the most out of the School.

Students who want to present a poster should submit an abstract of the work using this form before August 31th, 2026. Please send you abstract to  isbc.granada@gmail.com and cc to isbc@lec.csic.es.

Posters must fit the dimensions of the panel (100 cm wide by 150 cm long).

Very important: A few posters will be selected to make a short presentation (2-3 min.) on the final day of the School. We advise you to bring a couple of slides of your poster.

Deadline for Grant application: August 31th, 2026

Thanks to our sponsors, there will be funds available to partially cover the expenses of young students attending the School.

The IUCr offers a number of grants to partially cover the expenses of travel and accommodation. Recipients of these grants are required to register in the World Database of Crystallographers. More details on this process will be sent to the awarded students in due course.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • Be aged 30 or less (exceptional cases will be considered)
  • Present a poster at the School.
  • Register as a participant

TYPE OF GRANTS

School bursaries. The students will receive a fixed amount of money that will be paid during the week of the School.

Accommodation grants. The students will be accommodated in shared rooms with other granted students at the same hotel of the School.

After login please go back to the application and  fill in the form choosing the Bursaries or the Accommodation grant in your submission summary and justified your application.
